Family: He is survived by his parents, Zulema Polanco of Salem and Carlos Verdejo of Puerto Rico; his wife, Paola Guerrero; and son, Xavier Miguel Verdejo of Peabody; five brothers, Jean, Carlos, Luis, Miguel and Christian Verdejo; eight sisters, Carol, Carmen, Carla, Maria, Silve, Natalia, Veronica Verdejo, and Luz Santos; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.
