Richard “Dick” McEvoy retired from the Army as a Colonel in 2008 and started working as a government contractor for DynCorp International. During his time with DynCorp, Richard managed programs in Iraq and Afghanistan mentoring and training the local military as well as police forces. He earned the Valor Award after his heroic actions during an attack on his camp in Afghanistan on July 2, 2013.
